The cutlery set consists of: 6 x fish fork 6 x fish knife The fish cutlery is only to be used for fish fillets or whole fish. The knife does not have a sharpened blade and is therefore only intended for cutting or pushing the fish. The blade has a symmetrical shape and is set off from the knife handle at the bottom. The fork is characterised by an incision from the prongs into the fork blade.
