Pressure cooker FUSIONTEC MINERAL PERFECT 4.5 litres

Due to the extreme pressure and high temperatures, cooking times are reduced by up to 70% when cooking with the pressure cooker - with a simultaneous energy saving of around 50%. Vitamins, nutrients and minerals are largely retained thanks to the gentle cooking process and the food is nutritious and flavourful. Whether braising and glazing or stewing and steaming, the two easy-to-monitor cooking levels make everything possible - from perfectly tender vegetables, fish and poultry to hearty meat, potatoes and stews. The pressure cooker is easy and safe to open and close thanks to a side slider on the handle, which can be removed with a click and is easy to clean hygienically.

The lid of the pressure cooker is made of stainless Cromargan, while the pot itself is made of Fusiontec, a material that combines the heat conductivity of copper, the heat storage capacity of cast iron, the scratch resistance of glass, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel and the even cooking and frying results of aluminium. The shimmering metallic surface also makes this practical helper a visual highlight in your kitchen.
