The PROFI PLUS dough scraper with a front section made of high-quality silicone makes it easier to scrape dough and other viscous masses out of mixing bowls, pots and sauté pans. Thanks to its special shape, it reaches all corners and curves. The hard side of the scraper can be used to spread cream, couverture, jam or buttercream on cakes and cake bases and spread them cleanly.
