The fine but dimensionally stable mesh of the PROFI PLUS colander is not only suitable for straining, finely passing and blanching fruit and vegetables, but also for dusting with icing sugar or cocoa and for sieving flour. The wide rim and handle provide a good support surface on bowls and pots.
