Z-CUT fine grater

The fine grater from the ZWILLING Z-Cut series is perfect for finely grating and zesting nutmeg, parmesan, lemon peel and other foods. The grater blades are sharpened on both sides, enabling grating on both sides for more speed and efficiency. The grated product ends up directly in the integrated collection container, which is equipped with a non-slip base so that it can be removed easily and cleanly. For larger quantities, the collection container can be removed and the grated product grated directly onto the respective dish or collected in a larger bowl or food storage box. Smaller foods or leftovers can also be processed safely and easily thanks to the attachable attachment with integrated finger guard. The grater was created by Milan-based designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez and impresses with its purist design. It is easy to clean after use as it is dishwasher-safe.
