FORGE iron frying pan, diameter 28 cm

The FORGE iron frying pan is ideal for searing and grilling. The solid iron pan body conducts and stores heat particularly well. The pan can be used on all types of hob, including induction, as well as on the grill and in the oven (up to 250 °C). The pan is uncoated, a natural coating (patina) develops after baking and through repeated use. As a result, less and less oil is required for frying. The patina gives the pan its typical brown-black colour permanently. To keep the patina intact, the pan should only be cleaned with hot water and a soft sponge or cloth. The diamond pattern on the base of the pan further improves the non-stick effect of the patina and also gives the food a particularly intense flavour.

Caution: The handle of the pan gets hot and should only ever be touched with an oven mitt or oven glove!
