Fine grater

This narrow grater is perfect for finely grating cheese, vegetables, ginger and more. Acid-etched blades give it its exceptional sharpness, which is retained even after prolonged use. A non-slip, ergonomic handle and a non-slip base ensure a secure grip. A protective cap for safe storage is included. This can also be attached to the underside to catch the grated food directly and is suitable for scraping off any remaining grated food from the underside of the grater.

The ergonomic handle is made of plastic containing wheat straw.

The company Zyliss was founded in 1951 by the bicycle mechanic and inventor Karl Zysset (1907–1988) in Lyss, a small town near Bern. Zyliss invented the garlic press in 1948 and the salad spinner in 1978, and registered many further patents throughout his career. The Blitzhacker, introduced in 1953 and later known as the ZICK-ZICK, became a much-copied classic.
