The ZYLISS ice cream scoop makes portioning ice cream a breeze. The elongated stainless steel scoop with a flat tip is designed to handle even the hardest frozen treats, from ice cream to yoghurt, with ease. The ergonomic handle with thumb rest is made from plastic containing wheat straw and sits comfortably and securely in the hand.

The company Zyliss was founded in 1951 by the bicycle mechanic and inventor Karl Zysset (1907–1988) in Lyss, a small town near Bern. Zyliss invented the garlic press in 1948 and the salad spinner in 1978, and registered many more patents throughout his career. The Blitzhacker, introduced in 1953 and later known as the ZICK-ZICK, became a much-copied classic.
