Mini vegetable slicer

This compact vegetable slicer with adjustable blades and additional julienne setting can be used to effectively cut various types of fruit and vegetables into slices and strips of different thicknesses. Thanks to the angled, serrated blade, food with firm skin and soft flesh, such as tomatoes, can also be processed perfectly. The SmoothGlide fruit and vegetable holder holds the food securely in position and protects fingers. The ergonomic non-slip handle and non-slip base provide additional safety.

The Zyliss company was founded in 1951 by the bicycle mechanic and inventor Karl Zysset (1907 - 1988) in Lyss, a small town near Bern.
