The textured surfaces of the lightweight, comfortable handles and the perfect balance ensure ideal power transfer and safe, precise cutting. A wide variety of blade shapes offers the right knife for every task.

The handy and lightweight paring knife with a 6 cm blade length is ideal for peeling potatoes, fruit and vegetables. The bird’s beak-shaped blade ensures a particularly clean peeling result and is also perfect for removing damaged areas or cores.

The company Zyliss was founded in 1951 by the bicycle mechanic and inventor Karl Zysset (1907–1988) in Lyss, a small town near Bern.
