The SUSI 4 garlic press is strong and lightweight, and fits perfectly in your hand. Thanks to the large funnel, you can crush several cloves at once – without having to peel them first. This helps prevent garlic odours on your fingers. Thanks to the fold-out strainer, the SUSI 4 is very easy to clean.

The company Zyliss was founded in 1951 by the bicycle mechanic and inventor Karl Zysset (1907–1988) in Lyss, a small town near Bern. Zysset invented the garlic press in 1948 and the salad spinner in 1978, and registered many more patents throughout his career. The Blitzhacker, launched in 1953 and later known as the ZICK-ZICK, became a much-copied classic.
