The braising pan from the ULTIMATE PRO series is equipped with a PFAS-free, extremely durable and scratch-resistant ceramic non-stick coating, which enables healthy, low-fat frying. The pan body made of hard-anodised recycled aluminium enables quick heating and optimum heat distribution. Thanks to the full-surface induction base made of stainless steel, the pan can be used on all types of hob, including induction hobs. It is also suitable for use in the oven up to 230 °C without a lid. A pouring spout on the side allows the contents of the pan to be poured out completely without dripping.
