Cast iron grill plate / plancha suitable for the ELEGANCE gas barbecue

The 1/3 grill plate made of solid cast iron fits perfectly as an insert for the open grill in the ELEGANCE gas barbecue model. It is pre-annealed, baked and enamelled.

The plate can be used on both sides. The ribbed side is specially designed for meat or short roasts and ensures the typical grill pattern on the food. The smooth side is particularly suitable for preparing small grilled pieces, such as prawns, medallions etc. and acts like a hot stone. The plate is also very suitable for very fatty types of meat, as the fat is drained away in a controlled manner via an opening.
