The purely mineral b.nature quartz coating with long-lasting non-stick effect is free from PFAS and PTFE. The induction-compatible encapsulated base with an aluminium core distributes heat quickly and evenly and is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The pan can also be used in the oven up to 250 °C.
