Cast iron roaster B.IRON oval 31 x 24 cm black

Thanks to its special material properties, the B.IRON roasting pan made of high-quality cast iron stores heat efficiently and distributes it quickly and evenly. The droplet structure on the inside of the lid ensures that moisture is distributed evenly, making the food particularly tender and flavourful. The roasting pan has a particularly scratch-resistant, PFAS- and PTFE-free enamel coating. The fully enamelled base with flat support ring ensures high stability. The roaster is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can also be used in the oven without restriction.

in 1921, Heinrich Berndes founded his company for the manufacture of kitchen utensils in a small factory in Arnsberg. Always sensitive to the needs of his time, he developed the first non-stick cast aluminium cookware in the early 1950s. The curiosity and forward thinking of the company founder still characterise the spirit of the company today. Down-to-earth products are constantly being further developed through current research and progressive innovation in order to keep the enthusiasm for cooking alive. Berndes products are mainly produced in Europe and put through their paces in the company's own test laboratories to guarantee their consistently high quality.
