The DR.OETKER springform pan from the Back-Liebe enamel series is visually impressive with its design and optimised lid. You can switch between an enamelled serving base and a tube base. Thanks to the quartz enamel coating, both bases are cut and scratch-resistant and absolutely resistant to fruit acids. Excellent heat conduction ensures even browning all round during baking. The leak-proof bases ensure that the oven stays clean, as no contents can run out of the tin, even with liquid doughs. The excellent non-stick properties of this enamelled baking tin also mean that it is always easy to remove from the tin.
