The GRANIT EVOLUTION braising pan made of high-quality forged aluminium has a scratch-resistant, PFAS-free ELODUR professional non-stick coating with an extra-rough CRISPY TOUCH surface for particularly crispy frying results. The cast aluminium pan body ensures quick and even heat distribution right to the edge, saving time and energy. Thanks to the perforated induction base, the pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The ergonomically designed handle with counter grip ensures safe handling.
