The GRANIT EVOLUTION braising pan, made from high-quality forged aluminium, features a scratch-resistant ELODUR Professional non-stick coating with an extra-rough CRISPY TOUCH surface for particularly crispy frying results. The cast aluminium pan body ensures rapid and even heat distribution right up to the rim. Thanks to its perforated induction base, the pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The ergonomically designed handle with a counter-handle ensures safe handling.
