The RELIEF EVOLUTION casserole pan combines the advantages of a stainless steel pan with those of a non-stick pan: the ELODUR Professional non-stick coating enables easy, low-fat and gentle cooking, whilst the raised honeycomb structure made of stainless steel makes it completely scratch-resistant. The pan’s three-layer construction (18/10 stainless steel on the inside, solid aluminium core, magnetic, induction-compatible stainless steel on the outside) ensures rapid and even heat distribution right to the edge.
