The three-layer pan body (18/10 stainless steel inside, continuous aluminium core, magnetic, induction-compatible stainless steel outside) ensures quick and even heat distribution right to the edge, saving time and energy. The glass lid, heat-resistant up to 180 °C, enables energy-saving visual cooking.
