The RELEF EVOLUTION serving pan combines the advantages of a stainless steel pan with those of a non-stick pan: the PFAS-free ELODUR professional non-stick coating enables light, low-fat and gentle cooking, while the raised honeycomb structure made of stainless steel makes it absolutely scratch-resistant. The three-layer pan body (18/10 stainless steel inside, continuous aluminium core, magnetic, induction-compatible stainless steel outside) ensures quick and even heat distribution right to the edge, saving time and energy. The glass lid, heat-resistant up to 180 °C, enables energy-saving visual cooking.
