The knives in the ENNO series are characterised by their high-quality blades made of Solingen special blade steel 1.4116 with HRC 57, ice-hardened, hand-sharpened on both sides and blue-plated, as well as by the ergonomically shaped handle made of fine, southern European walnut wood with a continuous tang and modern two-rivet design. They offer excellent cutting properties: long-lasting sharpness, high corrosion resistance, balanced balance and maximum cutting efficiency.

With its tapered, 13.5 cm long blade, the larding knife is ideal for the precise larding and paring of meat and poultry as well as the precise decoration of vegetables and fruit dishes.
