The knives in the ENNO series are characterised by their high-quality blades made of Solingen special blade steel 1.4116 with HRC 57, ice-hardened, hand-sharpened on both sides and blue-plated, as well as by the ergonomically shaped handle made of fine, southern European walnut wood with a continuous tang and modern two-rivet design. They offer excellent cutting properties: long-lasting sharpness, high corrosion resistance, balanced balance and maximum cutting efficiency.

With its almost straight, 9.5 cm long blade, the compact paring knife is ideal for cleaning and cutting various types of vegetables in smaller sizes.
