The small, elegant mortar from the X-PLOSION design series is perfect for mortaring small quantities of herbs and spices as well as for table use. It is made of high-quality, heavy cast iron with an elegant cast-iron pestle with an acacia wood handle. The shapes of the pestle and the mortar, which is roughened on the inside, are perfectly matched. Two pouring spouts help to finely dose the processed herbs when seasoning.
