Fermentation is a traditional way of preserving food for longer without the use of preservatives. With the NATIVO fermentation jar, you can easily make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and other pickled vegetables yourself. Probiotic cultures ensure good intestinal flora and a stable immune system. Important vitamins and secondary plant substances are preserved and are natural antioxidants against various diseases.

The fermentation container made of high-quality borosilicate glass is fitted with a lid with a fermentation vent system. A glass weight to weigh down the ferment is included.
