The uncoated CLASSIC frying pan made of robust stainless steel is ideal for searing juicy steaks and crispy vegetables at high temperatures to create delicious roasted flavours. The resulting residue can be used to create flavourful sauces. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can also be used in the oven up to 220°C. The ergonomic handle made of robust Bakelite remains cool even at high temperatures (does not apply when used in the oven).
