The high-quality recycled aluminium is even harder and more durable than conventional aluminium because it combines various aluminium alloys. Furthermore, the material, together with the full-surface induction disc on the base, ensures that the heat is distributed evenly across the food. Thanks to the reinforced, PFAS-free ceramic coating, the pan is ideal for gently and sizzlingly frying tender vegetables, breaded or marinated meat and crispy fried potatoes.
