We recommend wooden or silicone kitchen utensils to maximise the lifespan of the non-stick coating – despite the robust stainless steel honeycomb structure. 3. Is the pan also suitable for induction hobs? Absolutely. The outer magnetic stainless steel makes the pan 100% induction-compatible. 4. Is the pan dishwasher-safe? Yes, it is generally dishwasher-safe. However, to protect the coating, we recommend washing it by hand. 5. What is the maximum temperature the pan can withstand? The pan can easily withstand high temperatures. However, as a general rule for non-stick coatings: it is better to cook over medium to high heat to protect the coating in the long term.
