The set contains:
- 1x paring knife 8 cm blade length
- 1x preparation knife 10 cm blade length
- 1x touring knife 7 cm blade length

This knife series comes from WMF's own blade forge and is Made in Germany. During production, WMF combines traditional forging skills with the latest precision technology, known at WMF as "Performance Cut". During forging, the blades made of special blade steel are worked over their entire length with a forging hammer. With a new, innovative refinement of the steel and a high-precision blade sharpening process, knives are created with an optimum cutting angle that are outstandingly sharp and remain sharp for a long time.
