Knife series SPITZENKLASSE PLUS

5-piece knife set, consisting of:
1x chef's knife 20 cm blade length
1x carving knife 20 cm blade length
1x bread knife with serrated edge 20 cm blade length
1x preparation knife 14 cm blade length
1x paring knife 8 cm blade length

This knife series comes from WMF's own blade forge and is Made in Germany. During production, WMF combines traditional forging skills with the latest precision technology, called PERFORMANCE CUT at WMF. During forging, the blades made of special blade steel are worked over their entire length with a forging hammer. With a new, innovative refinement of the steel and a high-precision blade sharpening process, knives with an optimum cutting angle are created that are exceptionally sharp and remain sharp for a long time.
