Due to the extreme pressure and high temperatures, cooking times are reduced by up to 70 per cent when cooking with the pressure cooker - with a simultaneous energy saving of around 50 per cent. Vitamins, nutrients and minerals are largely retained thanks to the gentle cooking process, making the food nutritious and flavourful. The body and lid of the pressure cooker are made of stainless Cromargan and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The plastic handle with integrated automatic steam function can be easily removed completely for cleaning. The handle and sealing ring are not dishwasher-safe.
