The zirconia ceramic blade is harder than steel, absolutely wear- and corrosion-free and neutral in taste and odour. As the material does not react with the acids in fruit and vegetables, there is no brown discolouration on the cutting surfaces.
With its ergonomically shaped handle made of high-quality plastic, the knife sits comfortably in the hand and is equally suitable for right and left-handers. The blade guard supplied protects both the blade and your hands during storage.
