Santoku knife CERAPLUS

The Santoku knife is the classic all-round knife in Japanese cuisine. It combines the advantages of traditional Asian blades, which are suitable for picking up and transporting the food to be cut thanks to their special width, with those of the tapered Western shape, which is particularly suitable for cutting, weighing and piercing.
The zirconia ceramic blade is harder than steel, absolutely wear and corrosion-free and neutral in taste and odour. As the material does not react with the acids in fruit and vegetables, there is no brown discolouration on the cutting surfaces.
With its ergonomically shaped handle made of high-quality plastic, the knife sits comfortably in the hand and is equally suitable for right and left-handers. The blade guard supplied protects both the blade and your hands during storage.
