Multi-grater Z-CUT

The multi-grater from the ZWILLING Z-Cut series is a multi-slicer, vegetable slicer and hand grater in one. With its four interchangeable blades (fine grater, medium grater, coarse grater and cutting edge), it is multifunctional and processes fruit and vegetables just as easily as hard cheese, nuts or chocolate. Both the slicing blade and the grating surfaces are sharpened on both sides, enabling grating on both sides for more speed and efficiency. The grated product ends up directly in the integrated collection container, which is equipped with a non-slip base so that it can be removed easily and cleanly. For larger quantities, the collection container can be removed and the grated food can be collected directly in a larger bowl or food storage box. Smaller foods or leftovers can also be processed safely and easily thanks to the attachable attachment with integrated finger guard. The multi-grater was created by Milan designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez and impresses with its purist design. The grater is easy to clean after use as it is dishwasher-safe.
