The ULTIMATE PRO braising pan is equipped with an ALPINE CHRYSTALS non-stick coating developed in Switzerland, which enables healthy, low-fat frying and is very robust and scratch-resistant. The pan body made of hard anodised aluminium enables rapid heating and optimum heat distribution. Thanks to the full-surface induction base made of stainless steel, the pan can be used on all types of hob, including induction hobs. It is also suitable for use in the oven up to 230 °C - without the lid. A pouring spout on the side allows the contents of the pan to be poured out completely without dripping.
