The knives in the ENNO series are characterised by their high-quality blades made of Solingen special blade steel 1.4116 with HRC 57, ice-hardened, hand-sharpened on both sides and blue-blasted, as well as by the ergonomically shaped handle made of fine, southern European walnut wood with a continuous tang and modern two-rivet design. They offer excellent cutting properties: long-lasting sharpness, high corrosion resistance, balanced balance and maximum cutting efficiency.
